The ACT Government mandates that any business bidding for construction, cleaning, security, or traffic management projects, regardless of the project value, PCBU must adhere to the workplace standards outlined in the Secure Local Jobs Code and obtain a Secure Local Jobs Code Certificate.
The Process
Step 2.

Access the ACT Government Secure Local Jobs portal to begin your application.

Answer the prompts and upload the required documents.

Choose Trident Solutions (Rahul) as your approved Auditor and click submit.
Step 3.
Once, Trident Solutions receives your documentation. We aim to complete the necessary review and reporting within 24-48 hours after receiving the documents.
Following this, Trident Solutions will submit its report recommendations to the ACT Government.
Step 4.
The ACT Government makes an assessment based on the reporting and provides Secure Local Jobs Code (SLJC) certificates.
