Your business can engage Trident Solutions to evaluate your compliance with the ACT Government - Secure Local Jobs Requirements and determine your eligibility for a Code Certificate. The ACT Government mandates that any business bidding for construction, cleaning, security, or traffic management projects, regardless of the project value, PCBU must adhere to the workplace standards outlined in the Secure Local Jobs Code and obtain a Secure Local Jobs Code Certificate.
